Sircle Collection has opened in Milan in December 2023 and we are looking for an experienced Hotel Manager to join our team.

Opened in Q4 of 2023, the first hotel is Sircle Collection's newest Max Brown, housing 64 guest rooms in the city centre of Milan near Duomo. The casual, lifestyle brand is part of Sircle Collection's vibrant group of one-of-a-kind hotels, restaurants and bars in Europe's most interesting neighbourhoods.

As our Hotel Manager, you'll be joining our team to nurture and grow this unique property. In this role, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the hotel. You strive to maximize the overall performance of the hotel, the team productivity & performance and of course above all, guest and team member satisfaction! Together with the Regional Operations Director you will define yearly operational goals and make action plans to achieve those goals.

Your main tasks and responsibilities include: Direct day-to-day operations of Max Brown MissoriProactively manage, coach and supervise all departments to maximize the hotel's performances;Ensure the promotion and active communication of the vision, mission & values of the hotel brand;Responsible for a close working relationship with various HQ departments, such as P&C, Marketing, Branding, Finance, Sales & Revenue;Develop and maintain a regional network of stakeholders;It is also important to have the technical knowledge necessary for the administrative management of a hotel facility in Italy: Complete knowledge of the 'hotel bureaucratic process for licenses and certificates (asl, fire, haccp and related. . )Verification of safety measures and control by individual workers (ideal to have taken a supervisor course and have a valid first aid certificate). Basic knowledge of CCNL tourism - hotel chains and related application of current regulationsEnsure compliance and enforcement of GDPR and Video Surveillance Equipment in accordance with existing regulationsWhat you'll bring A Bachelor degree in hospitality management, or equivalent. 3 - 5 years' experience in a comparable role, preferably in a (boutique) Milan hotel. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbally and written. Fluent in Italian and good command of English language. Excellent knowledge of local labour laws, as well as regulations in the hospitality sector.
