Your mission

- Ensure numa guest experience standards are consistently executed

- Ensure the day-to-day operation of the allocated hospitality units within

the numa standards and legal framework

- Manage the day to relationships with local vendors, employees and suppliers work closely with external partners ensuring consistent quality levels and a proactive approach managing business volume

- You are a problem solver - resolving guest complaints in a timely manner and turning a complaint into the positive guest experience

- Ensure proactive maintenance and upkeeping programs to protect and safeguard the physical conditions of the allocated units

- Contribute actively to developing and delivering the numa brand and product on the property in Rome

- Be responsible for managing conversion and cost levels through the implementation of PAR levels and proactive business planning

- Be aware of all local legal requirements, permits and operational backup systems are constantly maintained

- Occasional on-call duty during the daytime along with nights and weekends

**Profile**:

- Proven track record of hotel operations preferably from a housekeeping or front office background

- Financial understanding of cost control procedures and inventory management

- First leadership experience in managing small teams and external partners is a plus

- Be aware of the respective local market and business fluctuations

- Ability to work under pressure, well organized and hardworking

- Ability to multitask and keep an overview in a fast-paced work environment

- A driver-'s license is a must

- Italian and English are required, other languages would be great
