HOTEL OPERATIONS MANAGER The AC Hotel Milan Sesto by Marriott is looking for a Hotel Operations Manager.
The Hotel Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient day-to-day operations of the hotel.
This role oversees all operational departments to maintain high standards of service, improve guest satisfaction, and ensure the hotel's profitability.
The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, operational expertise, and a deep understanding of the hospitality industry.
ResponsibilitiesOversee daily operations of all hotel departments: Sales and Marketing, F&B, FO, Revenue and Reservation, HR, AdministrationEnsure all operational departments adhere to hotel policies and proceduresImplement strategies to increase revenue, reduce costs, and improve overall profitabilityCollaborate with department heads to ensure seamless coordination and problem-solving in operationsGuide and develop the leaders in individual departmentsEnsure compliance with local laws, health and safety regulations, and brand standardsConduct regular inspections of the property to ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and guest satisfactionEnsure all guest-facing departments deliver excellent service and handle special requests efficientlyWork closely with the HR department to recruit, train, and develop staff across all operational areasAssist the General Manager in budget preparation and ensure cost-effective operational strategiesFoster a positive and collaborative work environment to enhance team morale and productivityMonitor departmental budgets and expenditures, ensuring financial goals are metLiaise with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of goods and servicesEnsure that all departments comply with health, safety, and hygiene standardsOversee the implementation of security protocols to ensure guest and employee safetyCoordinate with the maintenance department to ensure all equipment and facilities are functioning properly and meet safety standardsAssist in planning and executing special events, conferences, and meetings to ensure smooth operations. Report regularly to the General Manager on operational performance, challenges, and areas for improvement. Maintain clear and effective communication between departments to ensure smooth hotel operationsMonitor and manage guest feedback to maximize guest experienceQualificationsMinimum of 2 years of experience in hospitality management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership roleProven experience managing multiple departments in a hotel settingStrong knowledge of the hospitality industryProficiency in hotel management software OperaExcellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skillsContratto di lavoro: Tempo pieno
