We are a 4-star, boutique hotel in the center of Milan, and are looking for a full-time Receptionist or Shift Leader.

This is a dynamic role for ambitious individuals who have an entrepreneurial mindset and will have the opportunity to grow with the company.

**Responsibilities

- management of front and back office as well as working shifts

- management of suppliers

- welcoming guests and making sure all their needs are met

- implementing all quality and safety standards of the department

**Qualifications and Requirements

- previous experience required (of at least 2 years)

- complete fluency in both **English and Italian**:

- impeccable customer service and organizational skills
