We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Remote Hotel Reservationist to join our team. You will focus on booking accommodations and managing room reservations for clients.

Job Responsibilities:Handle hotel reservations, including receiving inquiries, making bookings, and confirming room availability. Interact with guests via phone, email, and in-person to assist with reservation inquiries, changes, and cancellations. Assist guests during check-in and check-out, ensuring a smooth and efficient process while addressing any special requests or concerns. Collect payment information, process reservations, and issue invoices or receipts as needed. Promote additional services, such as room upgrades, dining options, and spa treatments, to enhance the guest experience and increase revenue. Assist guests with general inquiries, directions, and information about local attractions and services. Address and resolve guest issues or concerns related to reservations, billing, or service quality. Work closely with vendors and suppliers. This is a remote position, providing you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home or any location with an internet connection.
