As Housekeeping Intern you will: Assist with the day-to-day operation of the Housekeeping and Laundry department and learn product and service standards as well as the correct timing for room preparation.

You will be trained on how to monitor the work of a team of Room Attendants responsible for the cleaning and upkeeping of different areas of the Hotel, including rooms and public spaces.

You will be exposed to a luxury environment and learn how to handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism.

Our Ideal Housekeeping Intern will have: A genuine passion for the hospitality industry and a natural talent for ensuring our guests feel at home.

You should have attention to detail, strong interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to multi-task with excellent organizational skills, be a team player, and bring your personal touch and energy to our guest experiences.

This position is based at the San Domenico Palace Taormina and the candidate must have a flexible schedule with the ability to work on shifts, weekends, and holidays.

You must have fluency in English and Italian.

A third language would represent an advantage.
