Role Description We are seeking a Housekeeping Manager with experience in Luxury Hospitality to lead the Housekeeping department and ensure the highest standards of quality, hygiene, and presentation. The selected candidate will manage a dynamic team and contribute to creating unforgettable experiences for our guests. Key Responsibilities Plan, organize, and supervise the daily operations of the Housekeeping department. Monitor cleaning standards in guest rooms and public areas, promptly addressing any discrepancies. Manage and train staff, fostering a culture of excellence and attention to detail. Oversee and manage inventory and supplies for the department. Collaborate with other departments to deliver seamless service and a holistic guest experience. Requirements Proven experience in similar roles within Luxury Hotels. Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills. Keen attention to detail and a strong customer-focused approach. Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus. Flexibility and availability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
