At Park HyaWe are looking for a trainee in the Rooms Department with a main focus on the Housekeeping Department for our hotel.

The mission and intent is governing the operations of the Cleaning and Laundry department; ensuring that our guestrooms, public areas and employee areas meet the highest standards of cleanliness and Hyatt standards. Main Duties and Responsibilities:Ensure customer satisfaction from arrival to departure in accordance to standards and procedures in the guest rooms and general areas with Park Hyatt standardsPromote and recognize opportunities to provide guest service above and beyond all expectationsMonitor correct handling off all guest requests and guest room servicing needsEnsure that cleanliness and service standards are maintained in all areas of responsibilityComplete all special project in a timely mannerBe an active team player with hands – on approachEnsure all equipment and cleaning supplies are used correctly and in accordance with safety and security standards to guarantee employee safetyEnsure that grooming standards are followed in a timely manner to all colleaguesInspect rooms, public areas, back of houseCheck Cost ControlQualifications:Successful problem solving skillsPossess an excellent written and verbal command of Italian and EnglishExcellent overall communication skillsAble to multi-taskStrong desire to provide excellent guest serviceThe ability to work in a team environmentFlexible schedules and hoursBenefits:600€ refund per month.
