What we are looking for:You will report to our Head Housekeeper, supporting him/her in the management of day-to-day operations and ensuring our guests have a memorable experience according to company standards. You will lead and inspire the Housekeeping team by example, creating an environment for them to be their best, encouraging their development and growth. You will be responsible for ensuring that the highest standards of cleanliness are achieved within company guidelines. Supervise and control the cleanliness and maintenance of all our bedrooms and public areas. Effectively and efficiently meet all of our guests' requests. • Individuals. QualificheWhat we need from you: Previous experience in a similar role, ideally 3 years as a Floor Supervisor in a 4 or 5 stars Hotel. Strong orientation for details and precision. You will need to be a motivator for the team to ensure constant growth. Knowledge of the Opera operating system will be an advantage. We are looking for a person who has a passion for the world of hospitality. Your main goal is to have a positive impact on the people you interact with, leaving them with a memorable experience. We are looking for someone who wants to be part of a hard-working, mutually supportive team. Good knowledge of written and spoken English required. Good knowledge of the Office package.
