The hotel is being built in a historic building from the 19th century and - in addition to the typical Florentine arcades on the ground floor - offers exceptional high ceilings, allowing for some of the rooms to be designed as maisonettes.

**Trust us, you won't get bored, as you**:

- perform cleaning duties in the public areas

- ensure and control the specified housekeeping quality standards and act as deputy of our Housekeeping Operations Manager in her absence

- coordinate the cooperation with external companies taking over capacity and quality management as well as controlling delivery bills and performance

- fulfill guest requests for additional in-room amenities

- take care of plants and flower arrangements as well as seasonal decorations

- support other departments in the hotel as needed

- willing to work shifts and take over night shifts on a temporary basis

- a great affinitiy for cleanliness and order as well as an eye for detail

- confident and have a zest for life as well as sense of humor

- the ability to respond smartly to different guests and wishes and enjoy to deal with international, demanding guests

- a business fluent command of English and Italian
