We are seeking a dedicated HR & Office Assistant to support our HR and administrative functions to ensure effective and efficient daily operations.

In this role, you will assist with recruitment processes, employee onboarding, and various HR administrative tasks while also being responsible for general office management activities.

This position is vital in creating a positive workplace culture and supporting the growth of our team.

Responsibilities Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, and scheduling interviewsFacilitate new employee onboarding, ensuring a smooth integration into the teamMaintain and update employee records, using the company HR softwareAssist with payroll and benefits administrationSupport employee engagement initiatives and company eventsManage office supplies and equipment, ensuring a well-organized workplaceHandle general administrative duties such as managing phone calls and emailsCollaborate with the Quality team to maintain and implement policies and proceduresRequirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in humanistic area1-2 years of experience in HR or administrative rolesProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteAbility to handle sensitive information with confidentialityStrong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitudeBenefits Work From Home: 2 days per weekHealth InsuranceTraining & DevelopmentSeniority levelEntry level
