A University degree in accounting or a related field.
Advanced Excel skills.
Expertise with financial accounting software.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively on assignments.

Experience in the travel tech, hospitality, or finance departments of a company.
Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.

What Will You Do? We are looking for an HR Admin & office specialist to join our finance team! In this role, you will be responsible for:
Assist with daily office operations and administrative tasks.
Manage full-cycle Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Payroll.
Provide support to staff regarding payroll and related issues.
Manage the Smart Trip program, employee contributions, and other benefits.
Oversee, review, and process staff expense reimbursement reports.
Ensure compliance with relevant policies and procedures.
Assist admin manager with ad-hoc accounting projects.
Monitor, manage, and reorder office supplies to ensure availability.
Handle the purchasing of office equipment and employee tools (e. g. , laptops, phones, desk setups).
