Hr Admin And Payroll Analyst

This role is part of the HR Admin team in charge of all payroll, benefits, and employee data management for Europe.
This role includes interacting with European Westinghouse employees and non-employees to answer complex payroll questions (Tier 2).
Exceptional customer service skills as well as attention to detail is required.
**SYSTEM ADMINISTRATION
- Perform HR transactional tasks by management of employee data, position org chart and pay components entry through SuccessFactors HRIS
- Support coordination for employee onboarding programs and pre-hire employee data verification
- Assist employees and managers with inquiries involving Employee Central HRIS
- Provides administrative support for the Global Mobility Immigration Process
- Provide guidance regarding the time systems (Phoenix and ESS/MSS) on various payroll/time projects
- Partner with various COEs in support of various special projects, system testing, etc.
**BENEFITS
- Responsible for answering all benefit related employee and non-employee questions and working with Benefits team when necessary
**PAYROLL
- Coordinate the processing of all payroll cycles through our external payroll provider, including regular payroll runs and off cycles
- Perform all info type and time compares before each payroll run to ensure accuracy within SAP and Payroll Vendor Systems
- Responsible for checking all Payroll Provider reports to identify payroll issues before processing and conducting root cause analysis for correction
- Responsible for reconciling payroll to the general ledger and creating request for remittances for all payroll funding and third-party payments.
- Responsible for answering employee's and nonemployee's Tier 2 payroll and time inquiries and continually evaluating opportunities to increase capabilities of Tier I support inquiries
- Assist with year-end processes to ensure successful year end
- Responsible for reviewing all retro pay adjustments for accuracy
- Work with Payroll Provider as payroll's point of contact to identify and resolve all payroll processing issues and find ways to correct these issues moving forward
- Work on various payroll projects to ensure continuous improvement from a payroll/time perspective
- Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential
**Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience processing payroll in a complex and outsourced environment and experience in SAP and Employee Central
- Processing of union and nonunion payrolls within the Payroll Provider System
- Experience in answering employees/non-employees payroll questions in a timely and professional manner
- Experience with SAP/Success Factors
- Experience ticketing systems is preferred
- Experience working in a high volume, accurate data entry, fast paced and dynamic environment
- Detail oriented and experience in payroll processing with tight deadlines
- Strong Excel skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including in English
- Ability and willingness to work flexible work hours to ensure payroll deadlines are met
- Experience in working in an international environment
