**Job Title**: HR Admin and Comp&Ben Specialist
**Department**: People Team
**Location**: Milano
**Main activities**:
- drafting of employment and consultancy contracts, part-time, role changes, merit increases, bonuses, non-compete agreements
- reporting preparation and analysis
- updating and managing HR software systems (Peoplesoft, Avature, Talent Coach. . )
- managing the onboarding/offboarding processes of new hires and dismissals, including employee records and maintaining HR database
- administering employee benefits programs, such as Health insurances and Welfare programs
- responsible for transferring employee information to the payroll department
- participating in salary budget planning and forecasting
- support in monitoring and analyzing compensation data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvements (internal and external benchmarks and gender pay gap analysis)
- support in administering and managing employee compensation plans, including base salary, bonuses, retention plans
- ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to HR matters
- assisting the colleagues in the HR Team with the implementation and maintenance of HR policies and procedures
**Skills**:
- a background in legal services/labor law/economics will be considered a plus.
- previous experience of at least 1 or 2 years working in HR within a global and complex organization.
- excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- ability to demonstrate a high level of emotional intelligence.
- ability to challenge the status quo, think creatively, and take a solution-focused approach to problem-solving.
- ability to adapt well to fast-paced environments with changing circumstances, direction, and strategy.
- excellent team player.
- good knowledge of MS Office package (i. e.
: Excel, Outlook, Word, Power BI)
