Hr Admin Manager
How will you make an impact?
You will: Lead and manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and all related administrative tasks, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all employees.
Lead and manage the payroll process for the entire Italian Richemont population, encompassing multiple maisons and legal entities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations.
Drive data-driven decision-making by leveraging people analytics to identify trends, measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives, and inform strategic HR decisions.
Ensure compliance with all relevant HR policies and procedures, in alignment with the Group, and maintain accurate employee records and data in HR systems, including SAP HR, Zucchetti, and ideally Workday.
Contribute to the development and implementation of HR initiatives, focusing on process efficiency, continuous improvement, and leveraging technology to optimize HR operations.
Collaborate effectively with other HR team members and with the Finance team, to ensure seamless operations within a matrix organization.
Lead and mentor a team of two direct reports, fostering a positive and supportive work environment, and developing their skills and capabilities.
Drive operational excellence within the HR department, identifying and implementing improvements to streamline processes and enhance efficiency, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
Provide expertise and support for compensation and benefits delivery, ensuring accurate and timely administration, and staying abreast of industry best practices.
Support audit and ODV activities as needed, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and policies.
How will you experience success with us?
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
Extensive experience in HR administration, preferably in a multinational company, with a strong focus on people analytics and ERP systems implementation.
Strong knowledge of Italian labor law and regulations, including experience with different national contracts, with a preference for CCNL Commerce.
Proven ability to manage payroll processes for a large population across multiple entities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality work.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
Proven experience with SAP HR, Zucchetti, and ideally Workday, with a strong understanding of ERP systems and their application in HR operations.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, stakeholders, and employees.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team within a matrix organization, with a collaborative and supportive approach.
Proven leadership skills, with a demonstrated ability to motivate and empower a team, fostering a positive and supportive work environment.
Strong empathy and a commitment to creating a positive and supportive work environment, with a focus on employee well-being and development.
Proactive approach to identifying and implementing process improvements, with a focus on leveraging technology and data to optimize HR operations.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Excel in particular, and other relevant HR software applications.
Fluency in Italian and English is essential.
