As part of the HR team, you will be an advisor for the office leadership and office colleagues mainly on payroll matters. Following the firm guidelines, you will design, implement, and administer relevant program/process improvement projects and communications on payroll and HR topics. You will be part of our HR team focusing on typical tasks such as: Preparing and reviewing payroll inputs. Finalizing monthly payroll reports. Supervising each payroll cycle. Creating and maintaining analytics and reporting tools to track the effectiveness of payroll processes. Managing daily employees' enquiries related to administrative matters, leave, and pension plans. Working with both internal teams and external service providers to solve issues. Supporting the annual compensation review process. International exposure is a part of this role as you will be part of our HR global network. Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree 3 years of experience in a corporate or professional services organization Mandatory excellent verbal and written language skills in English Mandatory good knowledge of payroll software (ideally INAZ) Strong knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint Skilled in data entry and analytics Please note that if you are NOT a passport holder of the country for the vacancy you might need a work permit.
