Who we are looking for
The role
Chiesi Farmaceutici is looking for a highly experienced HR Administration & Payroll Specialist to join our HR Global Team in Headquarters.
Reporting to the HR Administration & Payroll Manager, you will be a key contributor to the digitalization of processes within the function.
You will be accountable for all HR Administrative and Payroll activities for our Headquarter and Affiliate in Parma, being the first point of contact with our People on topics like payslip, pension funds, Social Security and taxation.
Key Accountabilities
managing full Payroll & HR admin cycle and process;
addressing issues and questions regarding payroll and HR admin from our people or their managers;
managing relations with external entities (INPS, Agenzia delle Entrate, INAIL);
**checking issues related to**: presence/absence, sickness, maternity leave, holidays;
administration of new starters and leavers;
processing tasks related payments of pension funds;
management of Uniemens, CU, 770, autoliquidazione INAIL.
Professional qualifications & technical skills
5 to 7 yrs of experience in Payroll and Administration in Multinational Companies and / or International Consultancy firms;
knowledge of Italian legislation across payroll, tax, time and attendance, welfare;
strong experience with full-cycle payroll/administration HR processes;
proficiency in Excel, Power Point, HR Tools;
fluency in English and Italian;
are familiar with ADP.
