**Summary

The job as HR Administration will allow you to support two plants in HR management and to collaborate with HR team in Valtellina and other Baxter's offices.

**Essential duties and responsibilities

- Overall management of the personal administrative activities (hiring, resignation, termination, promotion )

- Support payroll processing and checks;

- Update and modify personal and organizational data;

- Support for HR activities and time attendance;

- Payroll support to employees.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor or Master degree, preferably in economic disciplines or related to HR management;

- Previous experience in personnel management/payroll activities in other companies or work consultancy firms is preferred;

- Good knowledge of the English;

- Good relational skills;
