**Job Description**:
Role purpose:
To strengthen our HR administration team, we are looking for someone to join on a fixed-term contract of 7-12 months.
**Responsibilities**:
- Supports the monthly payroll from start to finish and ensures the accuracy and timeliness of processing of HR and payroll data (time and attendance, absence)
- Supports the interaction with Finance (Accounting and Management Control) for budget, forecasts, monthly closures planning
- Shared services coordination and HR-related functional mail boxes and ticketing system management, resolving moderately complex queries from employees and benefit vendors;
- Manages, prioritises and delivers HR administration key projects or tasks that help drive successful HR transformation and the HR effectiveness priorities;
- Facilitates working sessions to co-design successful change and improvement solutions, bringing together key stakeholders from across HR and the business;
- Assists in embedding changes to business-as-usual processes and systems, maintaining documentation and key performance indicators to drive effectiveness and efficiency;
- Prepares and collates data and opinions to facilitate others to make a decision on exceptions on reward package and timing;
- Supports HRBPs processes
- Takes part of the onboarding process
Qualifications:
- 1 year of experience in HR in complex context as HR Admin.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to acquire a thorough understanding of the organization's hierarchy, jobs, qualifications, compensation practices, and the administrative practices related to those factors.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Very good knowledge of verbal and written English language
- Experience with HR ERP - Workday will be a plus
