**HR ADMINISTRATION - EMPLOYEE SERVICES - INTERNSHIP

For our Employee Services team based in Milan we are looking as of now for an HR Administration Trainee!

During this experience you'll be part of a super dynamic team where the core mission is to boost people power.

You'll support the Employee Services Team on the following activities:

- Support the manager in hr administrative tasks as turn over analysis, hirings, changes, terminations.

- Support in monthly payroll checks

- Support in the analysis and implementation of new labor laws and decrees

- Support in different project involving the function

- Archive

About you

In order to succeed in this role, we believe you need to have:

- Master Degree in Economics, Law or Humanistic background.

- Passion for HR topics

- Curiosity, proactivity, team player.

- Excellence in execution, structured way of working

- Fluency in English
