New Guards Group is looking for an HR Administration Intern for its HR Department.

You will report directly to the HR Administration & Payroll Coordinator and will support the team in managing all the HR Administration-related activities for the Italian Companies.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- overseethe correct flux of information within Workday (our HR system) related the employees (hirings & leavings, contract, role and compensation changes, etc);

- support the preparation of:

offer letters, contracts, letters of promotion and compensation changes, in line with the National Importante Azienda Contract applied;

- support the activation of internship agreements with Universities, Business School etc;

- monitor the monthly deadlines related to the employment/internship/consultancy relationship;

- support the collection of the monthly variations to insert in the payslips (increase/contract changes/bonuses/commissions) and check that all of them are properly inserted in the payslip draft;

- support employees on administrative/payroll issues;

- partecipare at Onboarding call with new employees;

Profilo

- Bachelor degree

- Strong interest in human resources

- Very Good knowledge of English and Excel

- Precise, punctual in carrying out the activities, flexible

- Good team worker
