Hr Administration Manager
The HR Administration Manager will be responsible for managing all administrative activities related to human resources for the Italian office of InPost.
This position requires frequent interactions with the external payroll firm and particular attention to regulatory compliance and the accuracy of administrative processes.
Responsibilities: HR Processes and Policies: Oversee the management and continuous improvement of HR processes including payroll, benefits administration, and employee record management. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor laws across regions. Administer employee records and ensure they are accurately maintained in the HRIS (Human Resource Information System). Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure HR practices and documentation are in line with company policies and government regulations. Implement and manage automation for various HR administrative tasks to improve efficiency. Payroll and Benefits: Manage the payroll function, ensuring timely and accurate processing of salaries, bonuses, and commissions. Manage, update and take care of the payroll budget and the HR budget. Coordinate the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks. Act as a point of contact for employees with questions about payroll or benefits. Oversee relationships with external vendors for payroll, benefits administration, recruitment services, etc. Ensure that service level agreements (SLAs) and contracts with HR service providers are maintained. Employee Lifecycle: Oversee the administration of employee lifecycle events, such as promotions, transfers, and terminations. Work with HR Business Partners to ensure smooth transitions and proper documentation for employee changes. Take care of reports about the employee lifecycle. Analytics and Data: Take care of ISTAT questionnaires and data room. Taking care of Benchmark analysis, reports and dashboards. Coordinate and prepare for audits related to HR practices, ensuring all records and documents are complete and accurate. Qualifications and Skills: Degree in economics, law, or humanities. At least 4-5 years of prior experience in similar roles, preferably in multinational environments. Excellent knowledge of Italian labor legislation. Excellent knowledge of the Office suite (Excel in particular). Proactivity and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work under pressure. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent level of English (Polish knowledge would be considered a strong plus). What We Offer: Excellent Work-life balance.
