**Human Technopole (HT)**is an interdisciplinary life science research institute, created and supported by the Italian Government, with the aim of developing innovative strategies to improve human health.
HT is composed of five Centers: Neurogenomics, Computational Biology, Structural Biology, Genomics, and Health Data Science.
The Centers work together to enable interdisciplinary research and to create an open, collaborative environment that will help promote life science research both nationally and internationally.
The Human Technopole (HT) is looking for an **HR Administration Specialist** with a strong focus on HR Data Analytics & Personnel Reporting and HR Systems and Data management.
**This role is responsible for the accurate and compliant execution** of HR policies, payroll activities, and employee lifecycle procedures, ensuring consistency and fairness in administrative processes.
This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a data-driven HR environment**, ensuring that analytics play a key role in optimizing HR processes and supporting HT goals.
**Key tasks and responsibilities
- Actively support payroll processes, guaranteeing timely and accurate payments for all personnel categories.
- Analyze HR data to identify trends, forecast workforce needs, and provide insights that support HR and business strategies.
- Develop and update HR reports, using data analytics to monitor key performance indicators and support continuous process improvement.
- Align all reports and official documentation with organizational and regulatory requirements, providing accurate and timely updates to official bodies such as Corte dei Conti, INPS, and INAIL.
- Maintain and enhance HR dashboards and personnel records, leveraging data analytics to track key workforce metrics such as headcount trends, absenteeism patterns, and payroll costs.
- Ensure the accuracy, security, and integrity of HR data to support compliance and organizational efficiency.
- Perform the configuration, optimization, and maintenance of the HR information system (SAP SF) to ensure efficient personnel data management.
- Coordinate benefit programs (e. g. , health insurance, retirement plans) and support their availability to all eligible personnel.
**Mandatory requirements
- At least 3 years in a similar role
- Knowledge of labor laws, payroll systems, and HR policies.
- Strong knowledge of SAP SF
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluency both in Italian and in English - HT is an international institute.
**Preferred requirements
- Previous experience in payroll provider implementation.
- Knowledge of CCNL Industria Chimica and/or Dirigenti Industria
- Previous experience in an HR & Labor Advisory Firm.
- Previous experience in international companies.
