Hr Administration Specialist
Dematic is looking for a HR Administration Specialist, to be hired with a permanent contract, for its HQ in Cernusco s/N.
You will provide essential, comprehensive processing and delivery of the monthly payroll in Italy.
Overseeing all aspects of the payroll from contract implementation to processing the payroll, ensuring our internal customers are provided with accurate payroll processing and support.
What we offer:
- Supervise the full payroll process from the implementation of the contract to the salary payout (you aren't responsbile to elaborate the payslip)
- Manage the relationship with our external Payroll Provider
- Verifying overtime, deductions, bonuses, permits, holidays etc.
- Responsible for the training of new employees on the attendance and travel reimburse software
- Main point of contact to support employees on day by day questions about payroll
- Identify areas to simplify and improve processes relating to payroll
- Provide external mandatory communications (e. g.
Cob, A1)
- Provide mandatory reports and survey
- Responsible for data input and analysis (absenteeism, FTE-headcount, overtime)
- Verify and manage hiring documents in order to complete the onboarding phase
- Manage Workday changes and updates
- Travel expenses check
Tasks and Qualifications:
- At least 5 years professional experience in administration field as Labour Consultant or Payroll Specialist
- Labour Consultant background is appreciated
- Relevant experience in Labour cost analysis
- Previous experience in ERP systems such as: SAP / Workday an advantage
- Bachelor's / Three Years Master's Degree in Economics, Law, Administration or Technical High School Diploma
- Good knowledge of "CCNL Metalmeccanico"
- Good knowledge of English and Italian, both written and spoken
- Able to always work confidentially
- Working as part of a team, but also with autonomy when completing payroll processes
- Flexible, can-do attitude with a focus on service delivery
- Attention to detail with the ability to identify errors and discrepancies
- Excellent record management skills along with experience working with Microsoft Office, in particular Excel
- Ability to collaborate with italian and foreign colleagues across all markets and functions
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a professional approach
