Are you an expert in human resources administration?
We are looking for a dynamic HR Administration Specialist with brief but significant experience in the field of human resources administration. The selected individual will primarily handle administrative matters concerning all Employees and Executives, working directly with them and the external payroll office.
Main Responsibilities: Management of hiring procedures: preparation and formalization of contracts, collection of documents. Preparation of non-competition agreements: in collaboration with the external labor law firm. Administration and support for Executives: e. g. , Fasi, Previndai, CDI Check, mod. 059. Preparation of letters to Employees: e. g. , salary review, part-time/full-time, contract extensions, conversion to permanent contracts, SCP bonus, patent activity awards. Use of the MyGovernance platform: for sending communications and documents. Management of annual subscriptions: in agreement with ATM and Trenord. Management of insurance policies: for coverage of managers and executives, AFC reporting, contacts, and access to the insurance broker's website. Requirements: Previous experience in human resources administration. Knowledge of the Metalmeccanici and Industrial Executives Collective Agreements. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Good communication and teamwork skills. Proactivity and problem-solving orientation. Knowledge of the MyGovernance platform is a plus.
