Hr Administration Specialist (Fixed-Term Contract)

**Your Impact
As an HR Administration Specialist, you will support and facilitate employees in their day-to-day work life.
Here are some examples of your key accountabilities:
- Preparing hiring documents and contracts;
- Organising onboarding meetings with new employees to explain internal policies;
- Checking employees' attendance;
- Payroll administration, even for our international Business Units;
- Monitoring and updating internal HR systems and excel databases: managing demographic information about employees (including new hires and resignations);
- Preparing letters for role changes, salary increases, and bonus confirmation;
- Gathering employee's signatures on new documents and regulations;
- Address employees' queries (e. g.
on vacation days, labor regulations, labor contracts, payroll, etc );
- Create detailed reports for possible audits or internal requests.

**Preferred Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in HR Operations;
- A Bachelor's degree in an HR-related field or equivalent (through experience);
- Proficient use of MS Office package (Excel in particular);
- Experience using HCM or Payroll management systems;
- Proficient in English: you read, write, and speak confidently in English.

**Type of contract and location
- This is a **1-year fixed-term contract**.
- Our offices are based in **Milan and Cremona**.
- It's fine for us if you prefer to work from home some days of the week.
