**Posizione**:
Italdesign is looking for an HR Administration Specialist for a maternity leave cover.
The person will join the team in charge of industrial relations, labour law, global mobility, labour cost, payroll and time management.
**Responsibilities
- Cooperate with experts to perform a correct and efficient payroll preparation and calculation, ensuring a timely and correct payment execution;
- Maintain, control and update personnel information and payroll data of the employees in HR Zucchetti Infinity;
- Management of the time & attendance system.
Identify, track, and reconcile anomalies such as missing clock-in and clock-out registrations;
- Managing data and reports on HR topics (i. e.
holidays, overtime, workforce, etc.
);
- Support employees and managers to resolve daily issues regarding labour conditions;
- Continuously monitor and stay up to date on changes in employment law;
**Requisiti**:
**Key requirements
- 2-3 years' experience in similar role
- High sense of integrity with a strong commitment to confidentiality and diplomacy
- High-quality work approach and respectful of deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Capable of working independently while demonstrating a solid commitment to the team
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
**Preferential requirements
- Zucchetti modules knowledge
- Proficient Microsoft Office user
- Knowledge of Italian labor law and HR practices
- Experience in the industrial sector
**Altre informazioni**:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree (economics, law, social studies or specific HR related fields)
- Language skills: Fluent knowledge of written and spoken Italian.
Knowledge of English and German would be appreciated.
