Responsibilities:Ensure the optimal maintenance of the office. Receiving visitors and telephone calls. Managing messages for all departments. Control office expenses. Participate in the on-boarding and off-boarding process. Participation in the selection process. Control of personnel management in the Human Resources department. Maintenance and control of the physical and online personnel file. Assisting the Operations Department with various tasks. Assist in any task related to the Human Resources Department. Requirements:Vocational training in Human Resources Administration or related field. At least 1 year experience in a similar position. High level of English. Determined, proactive person with attention to detail. Team and people oriented.
