Join our global TUI Musement People Service team as an HR Administrator, where you will support our HR Advisor in her daily tasks at TUI Musement.

**ABOUT THE JOB

- Providing administrative support to the HR Advisor in various matters

- Processing of personnel administration in the ERP system and support with on

- and off-boarding of employees

- Preparation of employment contracts, work certificates, benefits and promotions as well as terminations

- If required, support in payroll and assistance with projects

- Support the HR Advisor in Health & Safety matters

**ABOUT YOU

- Completed Bachelor degree

- Completed further training as an HR assistant or administrator

- Professional experience in personnel administration is an advantage

- Good knowledge of the Italian labor law

- Fluent written and spoken English and Italian, any further language is an advantage

Independent, efficient and service-oriented way of working with high organizational skills
