Our Client is an international printing group serving the packaging industry with innovative, sustainable and cost-efficient label solutions.

As part of the company's business expansion, we are recruiting an

HR Administrator

**Location**: Milan area - hybrid working possible

Role

**Reporting to the HR Manager in Italy, the appointee will**:

Spend 65% of the time focused on HR Administration

Spend 35% of the time developing other HR generalist activities regarding Organisation, Internal Employee Relations, Interviewing and Training Organisation

Ensure that payroll is calculated and paid correctly

Track employee working hours, payslips, personnel accounting

Provide Italian authorities such as INPS and INAIL with required financial data

Draft payment and contribution declarations for employees and external personnel

Manage, update and report on the budget allocated for personnel costs

Monitor compensation trends

Provide technical advice to management on HR administration issues

Take on other HR Generalist activities to enhance company organisation, internal climate, employee development

Contribute to ensuring an optimum working environment

Either a high-school leaving certificate ideally in accounting or a University Degree ideally in Business Administration

Several years relevant experience, ideally in industrial manufacturing

Skilled in HR Administration

Able to manage a budget and provide regular reports

Digitally literate with good Excel and PowerPoint skills

Good English and Italian and able to work with national and international management

Interested in developing other HR generalist and soft-skills competence

Willing to speak in public to an audience of colleagues

Willing to help reinforce excellent working environment by cultivating positive interpersonal relations with colleagues at all levels
