**About the job**:

**General description of your responsibilities**:

**Ensuring personnel records and policies are constantly up to date, while acting as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and external partners.

Support the HR and Business leaders by provided accurate reports and data.

Create new and maintain existing HR records, reports and overall administration.

- KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Organizing and maintaining personnel records

- Update internal databases (e. g.

record sick or maternity leave)

- Preparing HR documents, like employment contracts and newhire guides

- Revise company policies

- Liaise with external partners, like insurance vendors, and ensurelegal compliance

- Assist payroll department by providing relevant employeeinformation (e. g.

leaves of absence, sick days and workschedules)

- JOB REQUIREMENTS

- Proven work experience as an HR Administrator,

HR Administrative Assistant or relevant role

- Experience with HR software

- Thorough knowledge of labor laws

- Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize tasks

- Strong interpersonal skills

Place of work: Kranj, Slovenia - hybrid mode (with 1-2 days per week remote working possible)
