**ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES
British American Tobacco Italy is looking for a passionate, highly motivated HR Admin with a positive and can-do attitude, to join our HR department, based in Trieste.

Placed within the Payroll Department, the position will need to be able to independently manage all aspects related to personnel administration.
**Reports to: HR Operations
**WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR
- Collaborating with the external provider, the resource will be responsible for verifying and balancing the attendance of employees, intervening in case of anomalies in order to balance the monthly cards;
- Will communicate to the provider all monthly changes to be managed in payroll, verifying and ensuring the processing and accuracy of pay slips;
- Will be responsible for opening insurance and social security positions and making communications to entities;
- Will handle required communications with employment centers, as well as collaborate with all external institutions regarding the company and employees;
- Will prepare and constantly update HR reporting (absenteeism, overtime, illness, vacation/rol, etc.
), monitoring deadlines related to labor relations;
- Will facilitate the onboarding process for new staff by conducting training sessions and preparing onboarding documentation;
- Will support both employees on administrative and regulatory issues and HR department colleagues in managing function activities.
**CAN THIS BE YOUR FUTURE ROLE?
- Are you a proficient user of English and an Italian native?
- Are you an advanced user of MS Office (especially Excel)?
- Do you have a Bachelor's Degree in humanities, economics or law?
**ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
- Bachelor's degree in humanities, economics or law
- Previous experience in the role of 3 or 4 years gained in industrial contexts;
- Proficiency in the use of Zucchetti software;
- Good knowledge of IT systems and Office package (especially Excel);
- Good knowledge of the English language;
- Planning and organizational skills, attention to detail and time management skills;
- Collaborative spirit, problem solving skills;
- Positivity, resourcefulness and curiosity;
- Aptitude for teamwork and excellent interpersonal skills.
