HR Advisor
**JOB PURPOSE**:
- The HR Advisor provides hands-on input, insight, and advice on people-related issues: talent management, employee relations, development.
An HR Advisor plays an important role in deploy and driving HR programs and initiatives, while always ensuring they align with a company's business objectives.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Assist the HR Business Partners with the provision of HR services.
- Analyse results from reports on employee data as required e. g.
on labour turnover, reasons for leaving, absence reports etc
- Participate in continuous HR improvement initiatives and metrics
- Maintain confidentiality and accurate HR files
- Analyze and interpret various types of employee reports (e. g. , compensation, job levels, and attrition) to support decision making and provide proactive solutions.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of HR policies and procedures & ongoing communication of these.
- Undertake projects and support the HRBP/HRD as required.
- Create and manage every specific activity related to mandatory trainings and relationship with teachers, participants, location arrangement etc.
- Support the HR Team to Analyze and develop initiatives to improve and maintain associate retention & engagement.
- Collaborate with the HR team to champion and accelerate a culture of excellence in which people feel engaged and inspired to deliver top business results.
- Support to HRBP in Performance Review, Talent and Associate Engagement Survey process annually.
- HR Induction and administration as required.
**KEY DUTIES/TASKS**:
- Handle other HR duties, as needed
- Provide HR reports as needed.
- Assists in the deployment of new HR related systems and processes developed and/or acquired at the division or corporate level.
- Support in preparing documentation and materials as needed
**SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE**:
- Advanced MS Office.
Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
- Fluent in English
- Good analytical skills.
- Ability to analyze and process data
- Proactive problem solving skills
- Working knowledge of Employment Legislation.
- Able to work across organization lines to get things done.
- Excellent communication and organization skills with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
- Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinking abilities.
- Collaboration.
**EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- University degree.
- Experience in managing projects.
- Experience of HR analytics.
