Hr Advisor
Description
Role purpose:
Provide an HR services to multiple businesses operating in Italy and in a number of Southern Europe countries (Spain, Turkey, Romania), providing advice, guidance and council to local line managers on the basis of a deep knowledge of the local HR admin procedures and assuring full implementation of local best practices and company HR policies and processes.
Includes advice on a wider range of services including facilities and office services.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Provide advice and guidance to line management and staff regarding general HR issues and policy such that all staff queries are resolved and staff are informed of the appropriate company policy, procedure and/or course of action
- Interpret and/or develop HR policies and procedures in the light of changing company requirements and in line with evolving HR best practise, ensuring that employees and line management are kept fully aware and appraised of their legal obligation and the approach of the business to HR matters
- Assist in the identification, development and implementation of new HR services, processes and systems to meet the changing requirements of the organisation and statutory or regulatory changes
- Partnering with Global Business Service and Centre Of Expertise Hubs to ensure that the following HR admin services are being properly and timely delivered: payroll processing (currently in transition towards the Global Hub), HR admin, monthly Time & Attendance closures, employees hiring/termination/contract changes legal communications (interfacing with the local external Labor consultant), Global Mobility support for inbound&outbound employees' moves
- Partnering with Global Business Service and Centre Of Expertise Hubs to ensure that the staff recruitment process and induction programme are efficiently carried out including giving advice to recruiting managers and placing job vacancies on the business web site to ensure that high quality staff, students and student placements are recruited and inducted in a timely and effective manner to meet business plans
- Identify learning objectives and training plans that meet own agreed development needs so as to improve personal performance.
- Maintain internal personnel information & information systems and manage data integrity in order that employee information is accurate and readily available
- Coordinate the Reward programs deployment and administration, ensuring data are constantly updated and
- benefits programs are annually reviewed/communicated/processed
Additionally:
- Supervise Non-Trade Procurement and Facilities company function guiding and supporting the related activities
- Support H&S activities, keeping records of H&S employees training and arranging medical visits
