You will bring expertise in managing complex employee relations, strong relationship-building skills, and experience in a fast-paced, multi-site environment. With a methodical approach, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in tools like Word and Excel, you ensure effective problem-solving and innovation. Fluency in English and resilience under pressure further strengthen your ability to excel in this role.

**Location & Hours of Works

This full-time role will be 40 hours per week but hybrid - based in Milan Malpensa area up to 3 days per week at office - WTC via del Gregge 100 - Lonate Pozzolo (Va)
