Donaldson has an opportunity for a temporary HR Advisor, based in Ostiglia.

The position will report to the HR Manager.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- To manage employees recruitment

- To monitor, organize and coordinate the training activities, to assure the training files are accurate for HR and certification purposes, to evaluate financed funds possibilities

- To provide generalist support to the business in all aspects of the HR function, including resources, training development, payroll administration within relevant legislation, company policies and procedures

- To support the administration and the maintenance of employee records ensuring that employee data is accurate and reports/systems are updated within agreed timescales

- To develop and maintain relationships with employees

- To maintain up to date knowledge of employment legislation

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

- University degree or professional HR Qualifications

- 3 years minimum of experience in generalist HR role

- Good communications skills

- Good IT skills

- Good understanding of Company Policies and Procedures and their implementation

- Proficient in Italian labor laws and regulations

- Languages: Fluent Italian, Advanced English
