We are looking for a **HR Advisor (Internship)** to join and support our HR team in Agrate B. za (MB) site.

- Creation/updating of Employment Terms and Conditions in accordance with statutory regulation.

- Application of HR Programs/ Policies/ Processes/ Systems

- Collecting, reviewing payroll documents in partnership with Finance department

- Management and administration of Benefits programs

- Supporting in New Hires onboarding

- Advise Mgrs.

and Employees on Mobility programs provisions and requirements

- Coach Mgrs.

and Employees on Staffing processes, policies, programs

- Coach managers on Compensation & Benefit issues

- Support in the implementation of HR Projects
