The role is required to replace a leaver in the Italian People Function department.

The role provides an opportunity to interact with Credit Suisse employees from Italy, Line Managers and English speaking Group's SME

It entails coverage of IWM, Asset Management, IB and Corporate Functions as HR Advisor.

Key responsibilities are:

Providing advice to Line Managers regarding People processes and supporting them with Recruiting, Onboarding and Offboarding, Compensation and Training needs.

Supporting People Function Country Head and local management in the year-end compensation review round

Supporting People Function for regulatory compensation topics in compliance with CS policies and local/international regulations

Preparing analytics and official documentation to support senior management and local BoD make compensation related decisions and provide mandatory approvals

Assist with other ad-hoc projects as necessary

**Your skills and experience

- Italian Language speaking

- 3 + years' experience in People Function or similar

- Good knowledge of Italian labour law

- Good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint

- General knowledge of People processes

- High integrity; able to always maintain confidentiality.

Adheres to code of conduct; acts responsibly; protects the reputation of the bank; controls risks.

- Outstanding interpersonal, analytical and conceptual skills with high detail and result orientation

- Ability to analyze compensation data to identify issues, recommendations and business improvement opportunities

- Flexibility and can work well under pressure along with the ability to prioritize

- Sound problem solving and communication skills
