We are looking for a **HR Advisor **to join our team in Agrate Brianza (MB) site to replace a **maternity leave **.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Partner with Country HR to create/update Employment Terms and Conditions in accordance with statutory regulation.

- Collect, review and forward payroll documents to payroll in partnership with Finance department

- Manage and administer Benefits programs

- Support Country HR in Employees Separations and New Hires onboarding

- Partner and advise Managers on managing EE Relations issues.

- Advise Mgrs.

and Employees on Mobility programs provisions and requirements

- Coach Mgrs.

and Employees on Staffing processes, policies, programs

- Coach managers on Compensation & Benefit issues

- Support in the implementation of HR Projects

**Education**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferable in human resources or related.

- We can also evaluate High School Diploma with consolidated experience in the role.

Italian Fluent and good level of English (written and spoken)
