Purpose of the role

**Responsibilities**:

- Dealing promptly with employee queries; provide advice and support

- Talent Acquisition: position management, requisition creation, employment letter preparation and workday update including pre-employment activities

- Workday -employee main contact, drives Workday processes & reporting

- General administration & Contract management

- Delivery of HR Reports & Analytics

- Working closely with HR colleagues to drive processes/ case management and improvement; monitor, review and update all policies

- Partner with the local HR BP and Talent Acquisition regarding all HR related processes / cases

- On demand, support Centre of Excellence (CoEs) to ensure accurate implementation of HR processes / cases

- Get input from the local HR BP on processes, individual cases, issues to solve

- Get input from the local HRBP regarding any activities needed for Global Strategic HR BP

- Get support from CoE on implementing HR related processes

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Law, Economics, Psychology, Sociology, HR or related fields

- At least 1-2 years of experience in the same role

- Experience in the chemical pharmaceutical CCNL will be a plus

- Previous experience with time tracking tool in order to efficiently support employees' requests

- Ability to work in a demanding environment of change

- Ability to listen and dialogue

- Ability to work under pressure

- Good level of English required on mandatory basis (oral and written)

- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel)

- Excellent customer focus and a strong drive to meet the needs of the internal stakeholders

- Good communication skills, written and oral

- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work and collaborate with others
