Hr Analyst Intern
We are looking for an intern to join our Organization Development & HR Control Team in our Milan Headquarters.
In this role, you will support the team in the following activities:
- Financial closure process support (FTE/Headcount and Cost)
- Analysis and reporting within the People & Organization team
- Use of systems related to Reporting and Controlling tools (Success Factors, Tagetik, SAP, BI etc.
)
- Constructing and providing reports delivered across the organisation supporting business needs
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor in Management Engineering, Economics or Statistics
- Professional use of English
- Precision, proactivity, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Analytical skills
- Proficient computer skills (Microsoft: Word, Excel, Power Point).
