Key responsibilities for this role include:

- Support the HR Department in preparing and presenting Metrics & Reports as is & to be

- Cost planning / budget (annual basis): yearly action plan

- Costs control: budget and forcast (quarterly and monthly basis) and monitoring cost and action plan

- Reporting to Global and Finance (headcount) on yearly, quarterly and monthly basis

- Headcount monitoring (monthly basis): score card & headcount file

- HR reporting to Global (TA, turnover, separation rate, )

- Improving and monitor local dashboard (to HRBP, management team)

- Monthly quality analysis on HR KPI

The minimum qualifications for this role are:

- Degree in Economics or Business Administration (a combination of experience and/or education will be taken into consideration)

- Previous experience in Cost Controlling and Analysis preferably in Pharmaceutical Industry or in Consultancy Firm

- Deep knowledge of Payroll process

- Deep knowledge of Excel and Budget tools developed in complex and multinational environment.

- Excellent analytical and reasoning skills.

Solid mindset in KPI analysis, always looking beyond data

- Strong Teamwork attitude and notable communication skills

- Proficiency in speaking, comprehending, reading and writing English is required
