For our office in Milan , we are seeking an experienced and driven professional to join our HR team as HR Analytics and Reporting & Project Manager. Reporting directly to the Chief HR Officer (CHRO), and supporting various HR functions. This role is at the heart of HR operations, overseeing key areas such as HR reporting, budget forecasting, project management, and governance. Main area of responsibilities of the role: Prepare and deliver HR reports, dashboards, and key metrics for internal and external stakeholders. Analyze HR data to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Assist in the preparation, management, and forecasting of HR budgets in alignment with Controlling functions; Track and monitor HR expenditures, identifying cost-saving opportunities and ensuring alignment with the overall organizational budget. Lead and manage HR projects, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of initiatives. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful implementation of HR projects. Manage SAP HR module-related projects, including system updates, enhancements, and troubleshooting. Coordinate with IT and other departments to ensure successful SAP integration and optimization. Oversee the end-to-end HR purchase order process, ensuring timely and accurate procurement of HR-related services and goods. Develop, update, and maintain HR-related governance documents, SOPs, and work instructions to ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies. Ensure that all HR SOPs and work instructions are aligned with organizational goals and best practices. Collaborate with vendors, finance, and other departments to streamline the purchase order workflow, maintain budget control, and ensure compliance with internal policies. Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience (5+ years) in HR operations, project management, or a similar role, preferably within a large or complex organization. Technical Expertise: Languages: Italian and English (fluent); Knowledge of the main productivity and collaboration tools (Google Workspace, MS Office); Strong knowledge of HR systems, particularly SAP, and experience in SAP HR project management. Excellent analytical skills and experience with HR data analysis and reporting. Familiarity with budgeting, forecasting, and financial management within HR.
