**What you'll do**:
- You will join the team of HR Operations & Compensation;
- You will have the opportunity to be involved in different activities, both on national and international level:
- Preparing timely and accurate monthly reports regarding workforce, labor cost and HR KPIs (turnover, hires, absenteeism, vacations etc. . ;
- providing insights on main topics and trends;
- Supporting in labour cost and workforce planning (budget and forecast)
- Managing the monthly closure activities and variance analysis (actual vs forecast/budget); Maintaining the 100% accuracy of HR systems data through monthly audits;
- Monitoring the hiring plan with structured reporting;
- Supporting top management and business/corporate functions with ad hoc reporting and presentations.
**Who you are**:
- You have a degree in Business Administration, Management engineering or similar;
- You have a great knowledge of Microsoft Excels and PowerPoint;
- You have strong analytical skills, focused on details as well as on the big picture;
- Your have a B2+ in English both written and spoken;
- You are proactive, flexible, a problem solver, team worker and focused on results.

Stipendio: €800, 00 al mese
