The role will involve overseeing innovative projects and coordinating support activities and routine evolution in the HR and Office domains, directly performing the following tasks and/or coordinating external suppliers:

- Functional and process analysis, primarily focusing on Human Resources, Organization, Collaboration, and Digitalization flows;

- Coordinating implementation activities of the solutions;

- Participating in company projects with international impacts for development and reorganization;

- Validating implemented solutions;

**Requirements**:

- Experience in the role of SAP-HR and HCM SAP-Success Factors ERP analyst and Collaborative analyst;

- Microsoft Suite (Power Platform, Teams, Sharepoint, Office 365);

- Use of Office 365 suite for collaborative purposes and digital approvals (Sharepoint, Teams, etc.

);

- Good knowledge of the English language;

- Ability to listen and understand business requirements;

- Problem-solving skills; Teamwork orientation; Ability to manage multiple projects in structured contexts; Ability to seek and promote change/innovation; Determination to achieve results; Curiosity, initiative, and proactiveness in acquiring new skills;

- Willingness to occasionally travel abroad to Group Branches.
