Hr Application Coordinator

We are looking for a HR Application Coordinator to work in Frascati, Italy.
**About the location**:
- This position is open to protected categories under Italian Law 68/99 ("Rules for the right to work of disabled people"). _
- Questa posizione e' aperta alle categorie protette L. 68/99. _
**Tasks and Activities**:
The scope of work will include:
- Supervising the ticket management by checking samples of remedy notifications received.
- Acting as the contact point for suppliers regarding questions and issues where follow up requires Application Coordinator intervention.
- Reviewing deliverables and documentation.
- Leading and managing the end-to-end process of implementation of new business requirements, including:
- Providing demand management towards ESA Customer Representatives, Process Leaders, SPOCs and end-users (''User Groups'').
- Interacting with the service provider in terms of impact assessment, negotiation, development, testing and deploying of a new business requirement (major or minor evolution).
- Supporting projects (the required effort depends on the complexity and criticality of the project).
- Reviewing service providers proposals with the main objective to maximize the Agency interest.
**Skills and Experience**:
The following skills and experience are mandatory:
- A Master's degree in a relevant discipline, with at least three years of relevant experience.
- Experience with HR Succession Management and HR WFM.
- Experience providing support in a similar function.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
The following skills and experience would be highly desirable:
- A working knowledge of other EU languages.
