We are looking for a motivated and organized individual to support our HR management and further develop our team. As an HR Generalist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our team is well-cared for and that our guests receive the highest level of professionalism and hospitality. Your responsibilities include:Supporting the Management with administrative tasks and HR related tasks;Manage the selection and development of staff;Organizing training sessions and workshops for the team;Overseeing and implementing HR policies and procedures;Managing personnel records and data.
