We are seeking a HR Assistant to join and support our growing Team in Varisco (Padova)

Within this new role you will work in a global dynamic environment reporting directly to the HR Manager and giving active contribution to ambitious and innovative projects related to Lifelong Learning, Wellbeing and Employer Branding.

You will be responsible for the coordination of various training programs and will have to closely monitor the development of the competences of our employees.

**The role will include the following responsibilities**:

- Be the key contact person for all learning & development system related questions

- Map the training requirements to develop a high qualitative training offer for our employees

- Create and maintain trainings records in our internal learning management system

- Gather feedback from trainers and trainees to implement continuous improvement

- Maintain and improve reporting on effectiveness and the impact of training

- Use known education principles and stay up to date on training methods, techniques, and technologies.

- To support build and maintain social media and branding campaigns in line with Atlas Copco employer branding strategy.

- Assist in departmental processes improvements and administration, aiming to contribute to enhance efficiencies and employee experience, from onboarding throughout all development journey.

**What we expect of you?

- Must have University degree in HR/competence development field

- Excellent spoken and written English is a must

- Strong organizational skills

- Strong communication skills across all levels of an organization.

- High attention to detail.

- Experience working with HR System, beside excellent command of Office 365, excel

- Working experience in HR, People development, Branding, preferably in a manufacturing setting would be an advantage
