Job Description: Line Maintenance HR Assistant
**Position Overview**: The Line Maintenance HR Assistant plays a vital role in supporting the day-to-day HR functions related to the line maintenance department. This position requires an individual who can efficiently handle various HR tasks, including recruitment, employee relations, administrative support, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Recruitment & Onboarding**:
- Assist in the recruitment process for line maintenance staff, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate onboarding processes, including orientation sessions, preparing new hire paperwork, and ensuring new employees are integrated smoothly into the team.
- **Employee Relations**:
- Serve as a point of contact for line maintenance staff regarding HR-related queries, such as benefits, policies, and procedures.
- Support the resolution of employee concerns and conflicts in line with company policies and labor laws.
- Facilitate communication between line maintenance staff and HR management.
- **HR Administration**:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR systems.
- Assist with the preparation of reports related to HR activities, such as attendance, performance evaluations, and compliance.
- Ensure that all HR documentation for line maintenance employees is complete, properly filed, and confidential.
- **Compliance & Policy Implementation**:
- Ensure that line maintenance HR practices comply with local labor laws and regulations.
- Support the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures within the line maintenance department.
- Assist in audits and compliance checks related to HR processes and records.
- **Training & Development**:
- Assist in identifying training needs for line maintenance staff and coordinating training sessions.
- Track and maintain records of employee certifications and training requirements.
- **Performance Management**:
- Support the performance appraisal process by assisting in the collection and organization of performance data.
- Coordinate meetings and communications related to employee evaluations and feedback.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- **Experience**:
- Previous experience in an HR support role, preferably in a maintenance or technical environment.
- **Skills**:
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
**Work Environment**:
- This position is typically based in an office environment but may require occasional visits to maintenance sites.
- Flexibility in working hours may be required to support line maintenance operations during different shifts.
**Reporting Structure**:
- The Line Maintenance HR Assistant reports to the HR Manager and works closely with the line maintenance management team.
Contratto di lavoro: Tempo pieno
Retribuzione: €15. 000, 00 - €25. 000, 00 all'anno
