THE ROLENew Guards Group is currently looking for an HR Assistant for its HR department. WHAT YOU'LL DOHandle the full recruitment process for all the different functions, including job postings, cv screening, interviewing, and guiding candidates through the hiring process. Support new hire onboarding, coordinating necessary documentation and integration activities. Maintain and update accurate employee information in Workday, ensuring data compliance and confidentiality. Prepare reports and keep precise records in HR databases and Excel. Collaborate with HR colleagues and other departments on HR initiatives and team projects. WHO YOU AREMinimum 1 year of experience in HR with a focus on recruitment or talent acquisition. Fluency in English, both written and spoken. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Strong organizational and communication skills.
